After years managing projects at NYEG Corp in New York, I built Bear because contract paperwork consumed the hours that should have gone to the work itself. The RFIs, the change orders, the pay applications: every one of them meant a blank template, retyped project information, and formatting at 9pm.

Bear drafts the way a good PM would. You describe the situation in plain English and the finished document comes back on your letterhead in about a minute. It shares the document, tracks the response, and remembers your projects, contacts, and contract numbers, so the pay application in June already knows the contract value you mentioned in March.

ConstructionBear is a product of Dove and Bear Inc., which builds AI-native software for traditional industries, starting with construction. It is not a wrapper on a generic chatbot: the product is grounded in CSI MasterFormat, AIA-style contract conventions, and the 34 document types contractors actually use.
